Bienvenidos! Welcome to Spanish! My name is Julie Cascante, and I am excited to be starting my 6th year here at Cornerstone. I am looking forward to an exciting year with your student and helping foster a knowledge and joy of learning a foreign language. I am a native speaker, both my parents are from San Jose, Costa Rica. I have lived and traveled all over the world and US with the military. I have two wonderful daughters, one is starting her senior year at NC State studying Chemical Engineering, my youngest is a rising 11th grader here at Cornerstone. Outside of teaching I love to read, paint, to exercise, watch movies and hang out with my girls. I love to travel and one day hope to do more of it. This year is going to be a great one full of success for each and every child.
