Hey there! My name is Tina Fiske and I am one of the Exceptional Children teachers here at Cornerstone. I have been a part of Cornerstone since before we were an official school! I have been working with exceptional children my entire professional life, which is now 30 years. I’ve been married to my best friend for almost 29 years, and we have two beautiful adult daughters, one who just graduated from ECU this past May, and one who is a sophomore at NCSU. We have 3 pets that keep us busy at home… a German Shepherd and two cats.
When I’m not at school, I enjoy sports of all kinds, reading, visiting the coast, and just spending time outdoors. Both daughters played soccer through high school, so now that they are grown, I have been known to show up at many Cornerstone sporting events to cheer for our Cardinals!
I love what I do because I do what I love… I can’t imagine not being a teacher. I hope that the time I get to spend with our students is time well-spent.
