Hi! My name is Caitlin York and I am part of the wonderful 2nd grade team here at Cornerstone. I grew up in nearby Kernersville, NC, and graduated from North Carolina State University in 2012 with my bachelors in Business Administration. I worked in the corporate world for 4 years before realizing that my real passion was to be in the classroom with students. I began the lateral entry process in 2015 and this is my second year teaching, but my first year teaching 2nd grade. I live in Greensboro with my husband and our golden retriever, Fisher. I love spending time at the lake and going to football games. I am so excited to be a part of the Cornerstone community and look forward to a wonderful year of creating, learning, and growing together.
