The Men’s High School lacrosse team will have workouts starting Wednesday January 22.  These workouts are voluntary and are an opportunity for you to get some work in and improve your skills.  The workouts are for both returning players as well as anyone else interested in playing lacrosse this year.  You will need to wear workout shorts, shirt, and cleats or shoes (Cleats preferred).  You will need to bring your lacrosse stick if you have one.  We will have extra sticks for any new players to borrow during the workout sessions.  All students MUST have a physical and concussion form to participate. The physical and concussion forms should be uploaded to the FinalForms website at cornerstonecfacademy-nc.finalforms.com.  

Remember, these workouts are open to all currently enrolled 9-12 grade male students at Cornerstone. Please note anyone currently participating in a winter sport with Cornerstone is not eligible for off-season workouts

I am excited to get the Spring season started…I look forward to catching up with existing players, meeting new players and getting the season started early!
