2024-2025 Athletics Tryout/Practice Schedules
In order to tryout, ALL players MUST complete a profile in FinalForms (click on how to create account below), sign documents in FinalForms & upload their current physical (document below):
- Athletics Final Forms Letter to parents
- FinalForms – Parent Playbook – how to create account
- Current Physical (English) / (Spanish) – to be completed by a physician
Middle School Boys & Girls Basketball Tryouts
Basketball Tryouts for both the MS Boys & Girls basketball teams will take place on the following dates & times:
- November 12, 3:30 – 5:00 PM
- November 13, 3:30 -5:00 PM
- November 14, 3:30 – 5:00 PM
- November 15, 3:30 – 5:00 PM
